Our business is founded on the principal that publicly traded companies are faced with the mandate of financing and operating two sub-businesses: the business of the operating company, and the business of the public company. Each of these aspects of the public company are equally important to get right, and our mission is to provide the services, strategies and support to public companies in the business of being public. As such, our goal is to address a particular set of challenges, or "pains" that public companies face, and in particular, micro-cap companies: - First, micro-cap companies typically are undercapitalized. Consequently, they are challenged from a manpower and resource perspective to cope with an increased level of administrative and public company communications strategies that are required of public companies.
- Second, these companies are not often familiar with the challenges of the public markets and the processes as well as strategies that are critical for implementation in order to address those challenges.
- Finally, in the micro-cap market, there is a cottage industry of "consulting firms" and "boutique investment bankers" that take advantage of smaller companies seeking capital, convincing them to enter into vague consulting agreements that result in substantial dilution to the company's capital structure and frequently yielding little in the form of results.
These challenges pervade the micro-cap market. Our goal is to provide our client companies with the tools and support to effectively address these challenges. In particular, we provide administrative and consulting support to keep their costs in line while preparing them to access the capital markets either through private means or through a public offering. In many cases, where our clients are public, we develop corporate communications and public awareness strategies designed to maximize their visibility amongst penny-stock investors and to expand their shareholder base. We are capable of developing agency-level collateral materials and a web presence to take advantage of the Internet and online marketing of their business to vendors and shareholders alike. Through these services, we add tangible value to our customers and better position them to accelerate their business plan to growth and profitability. In turn, we intend to position them in the most effective capacity to maximize their shareholder value, and to mitigate the risks posed by the aforementioned challenges along the way.
